Whereupon the said Mr. Thomson protestethe and declarether to the parishe, that he disbursed thereof xiiis. iiijd. for a book of Common Prayers, and a booke the second tombe of Homylies, which is allowed him. ...
[Md.] An account of forty shillings by the parish is required of Mr. Thomson; Vicar lent him of church stock and resting unsatisfied. Whereupon the said Mr. Thomson protested and declared to the parish that he disbursed thereof thirteen shillings four pence for a Book of Common Prayers, and a book of the second tome of homilies, which is allowed him.
