These headings are unreliable with regard to dating transactions because at times the scribe wrote out the entire date, including the year, in individual entries, and transactions that occurred in 1609 are included under the "Anno 1610" headings. A heading for the first year for this set of accounts (1609) is never written. Similar discrepancies between headings and the dates found in entries are repeated for several years of accounts.
