any thyng Appen to be gonne or bryde a way as ther was lost a bybly & the paryss bowght A newe therffore yff Any thyng that the cherse wardenes doo charge the clarkes wt all from hence forewarde the sayd clarkes to paye yt A gane & baytte ytt A pon ther sayd waygys

Anything happen to be gone or bride away, as there was a lost a bible and the parish bought A new [one], therefore, if anything that the churchwardens do charge the clerks with all from hence foreward, the said clerks [are] to pay it again and buy it upon their said wages.
