Berkshire

Bedfordshire is an irregularly shaped county, bordering Oxfordshire to the north, Hampshire to the south, Wiltshire to the west and the counties of Buckinghamshire, Middlesex (now Greater London) and Surrey on its eastern boundary.  Prior to 1832, the county was divided into 193 parishes.
